Order Processing:

  • We ship orders from our business located in Idaho.
  • Currently, we only ship orders to the United States. If you are interested in a custom order shipped outside the U.S. please contact us.
  • Processing times vary between products from 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Shipping times are separate from processing times and vary between carrier services. Once we process and complete your order, you will receive a shipping notification.
  • If you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at maker@magicvalleymaker.com, as we try to process orders as soon as possible.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.  We cannot personally guarantee your package will be delivered in the specified time frame due to nationwide shipping carrier delays.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at maker@magicvalleymaker.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
