Due to the personalization of our products, we cannot accept any returns or cancellations, except for limited circumstances as outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly replace the item free of charge. In such cases, there is no need to return the product. However, we may request you to provide photographic evidence or other proof of the defect for our records.
Double-Checking Personalization:
Customers are strongly advised to review and double-check all the text, symbols, and graphics they add to the products during the customization process. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customers in the personalized content. In the case of incorrect personalization, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Cancellation:
Once you place an order with us, we will add your order in our production queue. We begin the production of ordered products within 24-48 hours. Therefore, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours after placing an order.
